It took me by surprise. I thought it was gonna be another cheap vacuum, but it surprised me the men and our star vacuuming. It is powerful And I was able to clean with confidence my carpet and my hardwood floors were impeccable after cleaning. Don walk to buy this product run!

The many accessory pieces are much appreciated, but i do wish the crevice tools were a little bit longer & bigger.The vacuum is almost too lightweight and plasticky, if that make sense. I feel as if pieces are going to break off with regular use.I would love to see this vacuum upgraded with better quality control.The first step is to make sure the 2 HEPA filters actually fit inside the dust cup. Currently, the fit is so tight that the dust cup can't even attach to the base once the filter is inserted.

I have had other broom vacs, but this is a good one. Just needs to have a longer cord.

I like that this is small and compact. I gave a 3 star only because it does not have a rotating roller brush (unless I am not using it correctly). Good suction though and a variety of attachments.

I got this to vacuum hard floors due to the heavy shedding of my dog. When I got it, I couldn't even image what someone would do with such a small vacuum. Really, what kind of area would this be good for? It's a lot of EXTRA work- turning it off and dumping the canister every 2 feet. It was very light to use. Just way too much work for any amount of money.
